All who enter are encouraged to attend the Building Industry Gala (BIG) Night in October at Mystic Lake Center. You'll be able to accept your award alongside all of our other big winners, in front
of the entire Housing First Minnesota membership.
The Spring Reggie and Trillium award recipients will be announced following the Spring Parade of HomesSM. Spring recipients will have brief recognition at the BIG Night 2020, no separate awards event will be held for the spring awards. Trophies will be delivered to spring recipients.

Housing First Minnesota Awards
This award honors our remodeler members for quality and value in remodeling projects that range from baths, kitchens, and additions to whole-house remodels.
The Trillium Awards were established to honor our associates for their partnership with builders and remodelers.
Winners are selected by scoring homes to select the best example of excellence in design, construction quality, and value.
Each year, one remodeler member earns this prestigious award, which recognizes engagement, trade partner/customer satisfaction, and community service.

This award is given to a recipient who has gone above and beyond to support the housing industry.
This award recognizes the one member who has recruited the most new members in the past calendar year.
