Pillar of the Office


This award recognizes an individual in an administrative and/or support role who plays a vital role in organizational success by ensuring smooth operations, enhanced productivity, and a positive and efficient workplace. Recipients are the backbone of their teams and exemplify excellence in problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional support.

All who enter are encouraged to attend the Building Industry Gala (BIG) Night in October at Mystic Lake Center. You'll be able to accept your award alongside all of our other big winners, in front of the entire Housing First Minnesota membership.

Eligibility

  • The candidate must be an employee of a Housing First Minnesota member company. Self-nominations are allowed.

 

Scoring

Judges will rate the entry on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest in the areas below.

  • Background and Materials
  • Challenges Overcome
  • Community Involvement/Industry + HFMN Engagement

Entry Fee

There is a $100 entry fee for this award submission.

Entry Details

  • Enter by August 11th
  • Entries must include a photo or headshot of the nominee and company logo.
  • Optional submission material: a letter of recommendation for the nominee.
