This award celebrates an exceptional sales center by a builder or remodeler company that excels in design, atmosphere, and customer experience. The title honors a space that consistently exceeds expectations by creating an engaging, customer-focused environment that drives results.

All who enter are encouraged to attend the Building Industry Gala (BIG) Night in October at Mystic Lake Center. You'll be able to accept your award alongside all of our other big winners, in front of the entire Housing First Minnesota membership.

Eligibility

  • The entering company must be a current Housing First Minnesota member company.

 

Scoring

Judges will rate the entry on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest in the areas below.

  • Background and Materials
  • Challenges Overcome
  • Community Involvement/Industry + HFMN Engagement

Entry Fee

There is a $100 entry fee for this award submission.

Entry Details

  • Enter by August 11th
  • Entries must include one exterior photo and three interior photos of the sales center as well as a current company logo.
