Reggie Award









Reggie AwardSM

Since 1959, local builders have coveted the Reggie AwardSM. This award honors the exceptional homes in the Parade of HomesSM by recognizing excellence in design, construction, challenges overcome, and community/industry engagement. All Parade of Homes entries can be judged (except for previous Reggie-winning homes). Winners will take home that coveted Reggie statue to display in their office or model.

The Spring Reggie and Trillium award recipients will be announced following the Spring Parade of HomesSM. Spring recipients will have brief recognition at the BIG Night. No separate awards event will be held for the spring awards. Trophies will be delivered to spring recipients.

Fall Reggie Winners: You'll be able to accept your award alongside all of our fall competition winners, in front of the entire Housing First Minnesota membership at the BIG Night.

All who enter are encouraged to attend the Building Industry Gala (BIG) Night in October at Mystic Lake Center.

Eligibility

  • All builders in good standing with Housing First Minnesota that have a home in the 2025 Fall Parade of Homes are eligible to enter.

Price must match Parade of Homes entry price. Parade of Homes price must include the price of the lot.

  • $300,000 to $399,999
  • $400,000 to $499,999
  • $500,000 to $549,999
  • $550,000 to $599,999
  • $600,000 to $699,999
  • $700,000 to $799,999
  • $800,000 to $899,999
  • $900,000 to $999,999
  • $1 Million up to $1.2 Million
  • $1.2 Million up to $1.5 Million
  • $1.5 Million up to $2 Million
  • $2 Million and above

  • Home performance: HERS
  • Design/craftsmanship interior design
  • Design/craftsmanship exterior design

Entry Fee

There is a $175 entry fee for this award submission.

Entry Details

  • Enter by August 25th
  • Entries must include at least 10 photos of the home and can include up to 20 photos of the home.
  • Judges will judge virtually, viewing any photos and information submitted through the entry form.
  • If you need an extension on photo submission for Reggies, please reach out to Morgan Ray at morgan@housingfirstmn.org.
