Product (Associate Company),
New Home (Builder Company), and
Remodel (Remodeler Company)


This award honors outstanding achievements in sales. This individual consistently exceeds targets, builds strong client relationships, and contributes to the overall success of their organization. Recipients exemplify excellence in negotiation, customer engagement, and innovative sales strategies, setting a high standard for achievement and leadership in the housing industry. There will be three categories for Sales Professional of the Year: Product (Associate Company), New Home (Builder Company), and Remodel (Remodeler Company).

All who enter are encouraged to attend the Building Industry Gala (BIG) Night in October at Mystic Lake Center. You'll be able to accept your award alongside all of our other big winners, in front of the entire Housing First Minnesota membership.

Eligibility

  • The candidate must be an employee of a Housing First Minnesota member company.
  • Self-nominations are allowed.

 

Scoring

Judges will rate the entry on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest in the areas below.

  • Challenges Overcome
  • Community Involvement/Industry + HFMN Engagement

Entry Fee

There is a $100 entry fee for this award submission.


Entry Details

  • Nominate yourself or a deserving colleague by August 11th.
  • Entries must include a photo or headshot of the nominee and company logo.
  • Optional submission materials include an example of the nominee’s work from the past year and a letter of recommendation for the nominee.
