    Please choose one of the membership options shown below and calculate dues based either on number of single- and multi-family units sold, developed lots sold to a third party, and/or remodeling gross revenue; or based on the number of employees in the case of associates.

    Builder

    JOIN AS A BUILDER

    Base Dues
    $825


    Plus Dues Based on Production Numbers: (Based on previous calendar year)

    • Number of single-family units closed (x $36)
    • Number of multi-family units closed (x $31)
    • Number of developed lots sold to a third party (x $21)
    • Gross revenue from Remodeling projects (divide by $200,000 then x $31) 

    Note: Builders may participate in Parade of HomesSM and Remodelers Showcase® events.

    Remodeler

    JOIN AS A REMODELER

    Base Dues
    $825


    Plus Dues Based on Production Numbers: (Based on previous calendar year)

    • Number of single-family units closed (x 36)
    • Number of multi-family units closed (x $31)
    • Number of developed lots sold to a third party (x $21)
    • Gross revenue from Remodeling projects (divide by $200,000 then x $31) 

    Note: Remodelers may participate in Parade of HomesSM and Remodelers Showcase® events.

    Associate

    JOIN AS AN ASSOCIATE

    For any business related to the homebuilding industry providing products or services to builders, remodelers, or developers.

    Base Dues
    $825

    Plus Member Dues:     (Based on Employee Count)

    1-5 Employees..................................add $50
    6-10 Employees...............................add $130
    11-25 Employees............................add $205
    26-100 Employees.........................add $360
    101-200 Employees......................add $515
    Over 200 Employees....................add $720

    Note: If you are a Brand underneath a Corporation who is already a Housing First Minnesota member, that brand can join as an Affiliate to the Corporation for membership dues of $400. (Example: ABC Millwork, Elevations, ABC Cabinetry are Brands of Lyman Lumber.)  Affiliate Memberships are only available for Associate Memberships and do not apply to Builder or Remodeler Member Companies. If your Corporation has multiple branches (Example: Wells Fargo, US Bank), join as an Associate and account for all employees at all branches in the Minnesota market.

    Developer

    JOIN AS A DEVELOPER

    For an individual, corporation, or other organization that acquires natural or unimproved land and improves it with utility connections, roads, earth grading, covenants, and entitlements for purposes of residential and commercial construction.

    Base Dues
    $825

    Plus Dues Based on Production Numbers: (Based on previous calendar year)

    • Number of single-family units closed (x $36)
    • Number of multi-family units closed (x $31)
    • Number of developed lots sold to a third party (x $21)
    • Gross revenue from remodeling projects (divide by $200,000 then x $31)

    License Exempt Builder

    JOIN AS A LICENSE EXEMPT BUILDER

    Base Dues
    $825
    for Builders not required to obtain a Minnesota Residential Contractors License (i.e. build structures of at lease five units).


    Plus Volume Dues
    $325

    Note: License Exempt Builders may participate in Parade of HomesSM events.

    REALTOR®

    JOIN AS A REALTOR

    For any active real estate professional with an active REALTOR license number. While any qualifying real estate agent may take advantage of this membership, we suggest that you have a vested interest in becoming involved (if you haven't already) in the new home construction industry.

    Base Dues
    $425

    Note: By signing up and paying for this membership, you agree to an annual recurring payment of $425.
