Housing First Minnesota AHP: 

The Association Health Plan (AHP) is available to all construction related members of the association, along with a wide pool of prospective members statewide. The AHP is fully underwritten and fully insured by Blue Cross Blue Shield, managed by North Risk Partners, and is available through any Blue Cross agent. 

• 9 Plan Designs to choose from including High Deductible Health plans and Copay Plans.

• 2 Network Options for each of the Plan Designs which include Aware Network and High Value Network.  Aware is the largest network in MN and includes access Nationally.

• Companies who have 10 or more enrolled can offer up to 4 plans.

• Deductible Credit - If you have already renewed your plan, we could provide you and your employees credit for any deductibles and apply it towards the HFMN Health Plan.

• Contracts starting 10/1/2025 or later can have their rates locked-in up to 15 months.

• Long-term rate stability

• Companies with a favorable census who have enrolled in the Housing First Minnesota AHP have seen some very nice savings.
