2023 State of the Industry

Discover what’s on the economic horizon for the housing industry at Housing First Minnesota’s State of the Industry.  

Enjoy a full breakfast buffet and espresso drinks provided by Minneapolis Coffee Cart before Dr. Elliot Eisenberg’s lively, humorously entertaining presentation that will deliver relevant information to help you strategize for 2023. Hear from an internationally acclaimed economist about the health of the housing and real estate market on a national and local level.

A short annual meeting for both Housing First Minnesota and the Housing First Minnesota Foundation will be conducted, including administering the oath of office to the 2023 board chair and Foundation president.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations received by the office at least two weeks prior to the event are eligible for a refund of the registration fee. Registrants not feeling well may cancel for a full refund as long as event staff is notified before start of the event. No refunds will be provided for any other cancellations received fewer than two weeks prior to the event, substitutions are welcome. No-shows will be billed for any unpaid registration fees.

In the instance the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 considerations, local government restrictions, and/or recommendations by the CDC, your registration fee will be 70% refundable.
