Courses have been approved or pending approval for MN Residential Contractor credits by the MN Department of Labor & Industry.

Select courses are also approved or are pending approval for  MN Building Official credits by the MN Department of Labor & Industry, MN Realtor (Real Estate) credits by the MN Department of Commerce and  WI Dwelling Contractor Qualifier credits by the WI Department of Safety & Professional Services. All courses are also eligible for  IACET (International Association of Continuing Education Training) credits (contact education@housingfirstmn.org for details).

Housing First Minnesota and non-members are welcome to attend Contractor University. You do not need to be a Housing First Minnesota member to sign up for courses.
