Each participant is required to sign waivers for the event organizer (Housing First Minnesota-one waiver) and the venue (Minnesota Horse and Hunt Club-two waivers). There is one file that contains all three waivers.
To save time: print, complete and bring with you to the event. YOU MUST TURN IN COMPLETED WAIVERS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT at check-in. Sponsors are also required to complete pages 1-4 of the file. Click here for the waivers.

In the instance the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 considerations, local government restrictions and/or recommendations by the CDC, your registration fee will be 70% refundable.
All cancellations received by the office at least two weeks prior to the event are eligible for a refund of the registration fee. Registrants not feeling well may cancel for a full refund as long as event staff is notified before start of the event. No refunds will be provided for any other cancellations received fewer than two weeks prior to the event, substitutions are welcome. No-shows will be billed for any unpaid registration fees.
